Heart of Serving with HSE

Honor the structure of HSE. Should something arise, always go to your team lead first. If they are unable to assist, the team lead will see an HSE Pastor. Let's 'stay in our lane' unless otherwise asked to help in another area.

~ Jesus understood and submitted to authority. John 5:30 and 8:28 ~

Show love to our guests! We are one in Christ. Let's be a 'we' and not 'us’ and ‘them'. Honor and respect all through committed and devoted service to each other. Fellowship with our guests. Make every attempt to mingle and be intentional with our guests (share a meal and during breaks). Allow our guests to eat first, but join them at their tables.

~ We love because Jesus first loved us. 1 John 4:19 ~

Serve and minister in excellence. Be content and have joy where you are serving. As we surrender our hearts and are obedient, God will use and bless us mightily as we serve unto Him.

Jesus, who though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself, by taking the form of a servant. Philippians 2:6-7 ~

Outside of Prayer Rooms, all ministry should remain in the chapel. HSE Pastors will lead ministry times, and as Holy Spirit leads, you may be asked to participate. Ministry & Prayer should be done in the chapel altar. No ministry should be done in the back of chapel, conference, or dorms.

~ For God is not a God of confusion but of peace. 1 Corinthians 14:33 ~

Never forget you ENCOUNTER and what the Lord began in you. As the Lord is ministering and bringing healing through out the conference, let's be slow to speak and never judge. Our heart is that HSE is a safe place for anyone to come and receive the Fathers love, healing, and freedom.

~ If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another. Galatians 5:25-26 ~

the heart of serving Encounters is expressed by Pastor Holli.

Serving at White Columns

  • All servers must check-in at Hope Hall (first building on the left) before they enter White Columns campus.
  • The education building hallway is to remain silent and empty during conference teaching times. Chapel will be available to sit and rest during conference talks.
  • To promote an atmosphere of freedom and liberty, when serving an Encounter of the opposite sex, please limit your presence in the education building (conference and chapel).
  • Per Bartow County law/code enforcement, cars cannot be parked on any main drive. Help us stay in compliance by only parking in designated parking spaces.
