The Holy Spirit Encounter ministry team continues to monitor federal and state guidelines concerning the coronavirus (covid-19). Base on current guidelines, we are adhering to social distancing policies and may limit the number of individuals who can attend and serve.
Holy Spirit Encounters are Spirit-filled three-day conferences available for men, women, teen boys, and teen girls. They are designed for committed followers of Jesus who are searching to grow deeper in their faith.
At Holy Spirit Encounter, you'll hear the Word of God preached, express devotion and admiration through praise and worship, and experience healing and freedom through the love and power of God. We aim to create a valuable and relevant ENCOUNTER with the Person, Presence, Power and of Holy Spirit in the lives of Christ's followers.
During conferences, guests receive biblical-based teaching on Christian fundamentals including: the love of God, forgiveness, Holy Spirit, faith & healing, and spiritual gifts. Encounter conferences provide guests opportunities to receive personal prayer for inner-healing and deliverance. Each guest will also be able to receive prayer for the release/baptism of Holy Spirit in their life.
The purpose of Encounters is to renew the spiritual basics of Jesus' teachings and to seek a fresh anointing from the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We desire to equip God's people to fulfill Jesus' ministry in the full power of Holy Spirit.
Who should attend an Encounter ?
Followers of Christ, who want a fresh anointing in the Person, Presence, Power and Peace of Holy Spirit for fruitfulness in the Body of Christ.
Can I attend an Encounter more than once?
Encounters are designed to be attended once. After attending, Encounter alumni return to serve as a part of our team. Encounter alumni often expressed that they received greater blessing, teaching, healing, and overall understanding in returning to serve.
Alumni may also be interested in the next steps of attending an Enhancement or Enrichment Conference.
When do Encounters begin?
Currently, Encounters begin Friday evenings (between 6 and 7 PM) and end late Sunday afternoon (approx. 5 pM).
What if I cannot attend the entire time?
Encounters are cloistered conferences. It is necessary to attend all aspects of the conference. We encourage guests to arrive on-time and stay until dismissal on Sunday. If you're unable to attend the full conference, we ask that you plan to attend at a later time.

I have a desire to serve on an Encounter!
Serving an Encounter is very rewarding and beneficial. We couldn't do it without your help. The only requirement is that you have previously attended an entire Holy Spirit Encounter, unless approved by Pastor Jewel. *Please note: There's a fee to serve and registration is required.
How does serving work for teen's and adult's?
Once an individual has attended an Encounter, they can serve any future encounter, this includes adults serving on teen encounters and teens serving adult encounters. However, when we assign individuals to serve certain roles, adults will have background server positions on teen encounters and teens will have background roles on adult encounters. Therefore, we encourage serving on age specific encounters when available.
How does serving work between men and women?
We encourage men to register to serve Men's Encounters and women to serve Women's Encoutners. However, there is a need for a limited amount of men and women on the opposite gender's conference. We ask that you follow Holy Spirit's leading when considering which conference you plan to serve. **teens are not permitted to serve an opposite gender 's Encounter**

What is the teaching content?
Speakers share biblical principles pertaining to the complete person: spirit, soul, and body. Topics covered include: the love of God, forgiveness, faith & healing, introduction to the person and ministry of Holy Spirit, release/baptism of Holy Spirit, manifested gifts of the Spirit, and living a Spirit-filled life. Chapel services further help guests reach a personal relationship and encounter with the power and work of Holy Spirit.
Will I be given the opportunity to receive prayer for the release/baptism of Holy Spirit in my life?
Yes. There will be specific teaching about the baptism of Holy Spirit, followed by an opportunity for prayer and ministry.
What results might I expect?
Holy Spirit works in different ways with different people. Many testimonies are given by people who have experienced immediate change. But for others, time has proven to be God's way of releasing healing and freedom. We desire no one leaves without having the opportunity for personal prayer (prayer rooms) to release bondage in their life.
Will it solve all my problems?
No guarantees can be given, but Holy Spirit wants everyone to live in full power and freedom. The ministry team will work with each individual to receive a personal
release of power and healing in their life.
What happens after an Encounter ?
We recommend all guests be involved in a local church that continues the teachings received during their Encounter. However, once you have attended an Encounter, you have several opportunities available through HSE. First, we encourage you to return to serve Encounters to grow in your understanding and ministry opportunities. Secondly, you can register to attend an Enhancement/Enrichment conference. Then, once you've attended an Enhancement/Enrichment, you can register to attend an HS3 conference.
Additionally, we offer W.A.S.P. Inner Healing and Deliverance conferences. These are designed to help you walk in continued freedom, as well as empower you to minister to others.
We also periodically host Holy Spirit Experience prayer
and worship services around the metro-Atlanta area for the HSE community, and those who have not yet attended, to come together to worship and seek God's presence.
