If you are registered to attend or serve a conference, we ask that you Contact Us if you have any questions or if you need to reschedule/cancel your registration.
If you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for coronavirus (covid-19) in the last 14 days OR if you are currently sick, please do not attend or serve an HSE conference or event.
If you have been experiencing the following conditions, please do not attend or serve an HSE conference or event:
Cough, Shortness of Breath, or Difficulty Breathing
If you have been experiencing at least two of the following symptoms, please do not attend or serve an HSE conference or event:
Fever, Chills or Shaking with Chills, Muscle Pain, Headache, Sore Throat, New Loss of Taste or Smell
If you have any of the following underlying health conditions, please do not attend or serve an HSE conference or event:
Over the Age of 65, Asthma, Diabetes, Heart Conditions, Immunocompromised, Kidney Disease, Live Disease, Lung Disease, or Obesity
All participants must submit both release forms to attend or serve an HSE conference
